The Writer's Room - (11/21)
Date: Saturday, November 21st
Time: 12:00 - 2:00 PM
FREE–—limited space available!
A random phrase, an unexpected laugh line, a “what if” from someone else—sometimes that’s all it takes to turn a punchline or an entire sketch into something great.
The Writer’s Room is an open, collaborative space to share ideas and works-in-progress, build on each other’s creativity, and give and receive constructive peer feedback with guidance from Sarah Antao.
Whether you’ve taken Focus Theater’s Sketch Class, are curious about the Winter 2027 session, or have material for your own show that you want to hear aloud, you’re welcome here! No polished drafts or perfect punchlines required—only your creativity and a willingness to play.
Bring something to write with and on. Laptops and tablets are welcome and encouraged!
