Improv 3: The Harold

PREREQS: Improv 1 AND Improv 2

This eight-week class builds on the experience and confidence gained in The Basics and Advanced Scene Work. The culmination of that work and work done in this class will be the seminal improv form, The Harold.

Students will fine tune their editing skills and comedic voice. Students will also learn to identify themes as they present themselves and work to incorporate that into play in the moment. Rather than focusing on individual scenes, students will work to find ways to use their previously gained improv skills to serve a larger piece.
